The first dish we ordered today is Baby Spinach, Avocado, Mushroom and Crispy Bacon Salad. This is the first time we tried this dish. It is a good choice, indeed. The walnut completed this salad and made it so delish!!
Poom's mission is to try as much as Egg Benedict in Bangkok and see who'll be the best for this dish. So far, the cafe @ the Mandarin Orientel Hotel is still at rank #1. Here at Kuppa, I was ok with the taste and all that, the muffin was freshly baked, the sauce was nice, the eggs were cooked right :)
Our next favorite dish at Kuppa is Moo Yang - Grilled pork with sticky rice. The pork was well marinated and grilled to perfection. It was tender and juicy.
The next dish is Hoisin Crispy Duck Pizza. This dish made us think of the Peking Duck Pizza of our old-time US favorite restaurant - CPK - California's Pizza Kitchen. Here at Kuppa, the duck was shredded and made crispy. It went very well with the sweet Hoisin sauce. Ummm, yummm yummm!!
We had quite a load of food for two. Nice food selection today! Last, we end our meal with a cup of cappucino, my foamy favorite cup.
