Indus: Indian Lunch - 04.04.11

Today Indus was our destination. My very first time to really try the Indian foodies. It was not bad as I expected. Actually it was a pretty good experience, thanks to lil sissy...Pookie.

Let's see what we had today!!

Started off with these Munchies. Crispy bread with three different types of dipping sauces and a side of pickled shallots.

Kebab-E-Malai : Charcoal BBQ boneless tender chicken marinated in yogurt, cheese, coriander and lime.   Look at the marinating ingredients, no wonder why the chicken came out so tender and juicy.

Left pot: Indus Rogan Josh - Kashmiri style rich mutton curry.   The mutton mead is well cooked, so tender.  The curry taste really great!!  Middle pot: Chicken Tikka Masala - chicken tikka cooked in a cream & tomato spicy soup. A very tasty dish!!!  Right pot: Palak Paneer - Homemade cottage cheese immersed in creamy spinach soup. A very light taste - no no dish for next time.  At the back, we ordered 2 types of Naan, cheese naan and plain naan.
